Job Requirements

Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus. 

  • Must have at least 2-5 years prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or related industry sales.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person").
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must possess the ability to "close."

Automotive & Heavy Truck Techs - Paid Training

If you're looking into joining the automotive technician field, this is the company for you! Our shop is overloaded with work, and we're looking for techs to join our rapidly growing team. Even with little or no previous experience, we will pay while you're being trained to work on medium/ heavy duty trucks and systems, like Ford and Cummins.

Receive hands-on training from our experienced techs while working side-by-side at one of our state-of-the-art facilities located in Baltimore and Upper Marlboro. We will pay while you're training and taking online classes.

Ford Technicians/ Diesel Technicians

Job Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As an Automotive Technician (Automotive Mechanic), you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Technician:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as an automotive service technician
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications strongly preferred 
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
