When you purchase a vehicle from Norris, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program. You start earning rewards the day you purchase your vehicle! We award you points for every dollar you spend in our service, parts or accessory departments. These points can then be used for future discounts. 

Our success is predicated on building a solid foundation and "partnering" with you. Our Extra Mile Rewards Plan is provided to you at no cost. Your purchase decision today will ensure you get the rewards you deserve. 

The Extra Mile Rewards Plan Includes:

  • Complimentary first service--up to a maximum 5 quarts for oil changes, excludes synthetic oil, diesel, and New and Pre-Owned Acuras
  • Lifetime Towing--we will tow your vehicle to any of our locations within a 20 mile radius
  • Lifetime Car Washes--with every service visit; weather permitting
  • Lifetime Shuttle Service--within 15 miles of any of our locations
  • Pickup and Delivery Service--with a service appointment (excludes express service). See a service advisor for details
